About Me
Nonprofit leaders are under extraordinary pressure to find the right people, and the cost of a missed hire at the senior level is something most organizations cannot afford.
I built my practice around that reality. I am Managing Partner, North America, co-leading DHR Global's Nonprofit Executive Search Practice. My clients span the nonprofit spectrum: health research, human services, education, conservation, and youth development.
My nonprofit career began in 2001, when I volunteered in Ground Zero's respite centers and later became a case manager for September 11th victims' families. That work led me through major gift fundraising, working with ultra-high-net-worth donors around the globe, and eventually into executive search. I understand this sector from the inside, and I bring that to every search I lead.
At DHR Global, I work directly with CEOs and search committees to develop bespoke approaches to their most critical leadership needs. My clients get a high-touch process, original research, and a senior partner who stays engaged from first conversation to final placement with no handoffs.
I earned my B.A. in Political Science from Bryn Mawr College. Outside of work, I coach veterans transitioning to civilian careers through American Corporate Partners and volunteer at my local food bank. I am a hiker and an F1 enthusiast.
I am based in DHR Global’s New York City office.
